Job Description

Honeywell Sundyne’s Offering Management organization needs a Product Operations Specialist II to connect market and commercial information to clearer growth priorities. This onsite role in Arvada, CO focuses on portfolio management analytics, commercialization tools, and business operating mechanisms that support strategic decision-making and sales effectiveness.

What you’ll do

  • Own Honeywell Sundyne’s market sizing and portfolio analytics processes, including TAS, SAS, and Share of Demand assessments, then use the results to shape strategic growth priorities and region or market-specific focus areas.
  • Lead win/loss analysis, funnel analytics, and commercial performance reporting to surface growth opportunities and practical improvement actions.
  • Build executive dashboards, business reviews, portfolio reports, and growth analyses for senior leadership.
  • Contribute to business operating activities including AOP, STRAP, SRO, and monthly NPI reporting and forecasting.
  • Create sales enablement tools and content such as value proposition materials, product presentations, and commercial support assets.
  • Develop portfolio and product messaging that supports growth initiatives, product launches, and strategic campaigns.
  • Own and improve tracking of new product introduction sales performance against plans set by Portfolio Managers.
  • Develop training content and presentation materials used by Sales, Channel Partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product, Portfolio, Marketing, and Business Development teams to strengthen commercialization effectiveness and clarity on growth priorities.
  • Coordinate and support strategic initiatives spanning multiple product lines, markets, and business functions.
  • Support annual strategic planning, growth initiatives, and portfolio reviews through analysis and executive-level deliverables.
  • Act as a central resource for portfolio-related data, insights, and business intelligence.
  • Drive special projects and business improvement initiatives for Offering Management leadership.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, applications engineering, commercial operations, business analytics, strategic marketing, or related industrial roles.
  • Experience using AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, automation tools, or similar) in at least one role or use case to improve productivity and business insights.
  • Minimum 2 years building and maintaining business analysis tools, dashboards, financial models, or KPI reporting using advanced Excel functionality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, industrial equipment, or related process industries.
  • Experience building market models, commercial analytics, or business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Voice of Customer (VOC), market research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials, training content, and executive presentations.
  • Curiosity and learning agility, with a desire to grow into future Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Offering Management leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel, plus strong presentation and communication skills including executive-level PowerPoint materials.
  • Highly organized approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with cross-functional or global teams of 10+ individuals, transforming complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Compensation and location

  • Salary: USD 81,100 - 101,550 per year
