Product Operations Specialist | Procurement
Job Description
Build and scale product operations for Ramp Procurement, turning customer input into workflows, releases, and measurable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement by systematically capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specifications
- Own launch operations for new Procurement features moving from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences that require strong customer and internal enablement
- Directly ship product improvements (including UX fixes and paper cuts) using AI tools while maintaining a dedicated backlog focused on reducing customer friction
- Use AI to automate processes and build enablement that helps teams ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
- Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; experience in procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred
- Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into clear requirements and operational processes
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, technically complex environments and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills with a bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools (example provided: Claude Code) to accelerate work and directly make product improvements
