Product Ops Manager
Job Description
Meta is seeking a Product Ops Manager to improve end-to-end product quality and operational excellence for Facebook Social’s hypergrowth app releases. This role focuses on building and running AI-driven workflows and autonomous agents that collect, triage, resolve, and evaluate quality issues with minimal human intervention.
Role Focus
You will become a subject matter expert in the health and quality of Facebook’s Social and AI products. Using both data analysis and hands-on product usage, you will identify trends, regressions, and user pain points, then translate those signals into practical quality programs and operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in Facebook Social and AI product health, identifying trends, regressions, and user pain points through data analysis and product usage
- Own end-to-end product quality programs for your area, spanning launches, dogfooding, root cause analyses, incident reviews, and app health regressions, while automating processes for reliability
- Design, build, and operate autonomous AI agents and workflows for bug triage and quality operations, including prioritization, classification, deduplication, and resolution
- Partner with engineering and product teams to drive resolution of high-priority issues and use quality insights to influence product roadmap direction
- Create communication materials and maintain progress tracking for multiple audiences, including updates to leadership stakeholders
- Collect and analyze data to identify quality trends and apply findings to product decisions
- Build dashboards and define metrics to support data-driven decision making
- Establish and maintain an evaluation (evals) practice for your area, ensuring AI solutions meet accuracy thresholds using LLM judges, labellers, and governance frameworks
- Evaluate and improve existing AI solutions within scope, driving migration to standard platforms and partnering with AI Implementations leadership on scaling decisions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Foundations partners to align on org-wide priorities and share best practices
- Design and operate AI workflows that comply with Facebook data sensitivity guardrails, ensuring quality signals are collected and processed within encryption boundaries and privacy-first constraints
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of related experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or data analysis
- Intermediate to advanced SQL experience, using data to communicate insights and influence product direction
- Experience building or deploying AI/ML solutions or automation in production workflows
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Experience breaking down ambiguous problems into component parts to develop and implement solutions
- Experience with AI products or platforms, including understanding mobile-first product behavior, encryption, and multi-platform feature parity

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience collaborating with global or remote teams

Location: Washington, DC (onsite)
Salary: USD 123,000 - 179,000 per year
