In this position, you’ll be part of the store leadership team executing the store product strategy, ensuring both the floor and back of house (BOH) stay ready, and helping the team turn daily business data into practical actions that support sell-through and optimal product availability for guests.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with store leadership to translate the product strategy into everyday execution.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure product actions are executed, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Lead inventory shifts by engaging team members and creating a fun, productive shift atmosphere.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and guest-ready availability.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics, such as analyzing product sell-through to recommend store focus, and for outlets, advising on pricing actions.
- Support hiring by participating in recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Coach team members through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, demonstrations, and hands-on learning.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive environment by building supportive working relationships.
- When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically between the floor and back of house to deliver technical product education and a world-class guest experience.
Compensation & benefits

Schedule
- Schedule varies based on store needs
- Shifts are typically scheduled mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some shifts may include early mornings or late nights/overnights
Experience and background
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including use of business technology to get work done
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others
Nice to have (not required)
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above
- Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience, including reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service: food safety and/or liquor service certification
Work context: The role involves moving through the store (front with bright lights and loud music, and back of house with no windows or natural light), working both independently and as part of a team, sometimes using computers or technical devices, and occasionally lifting boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) or using ladders. For experiential stores with food/beverage service, work may involve industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat.
