Product Owner

Kyndryl is seeking a Product Owner to support DMV Modernization project work across multiple states from Dallas, TX (onsite). In this role, you will define end-to-end architecture and help technical teams execute the MAX implementation, with emphasis on scalability, security, and alignment to business and operational requirements.

This position sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, cloud integration, and product-focused delivery, requiring strong leadership and clear technical communication as solution components come together across states.

Role overview

• Own product outcomes for DMV Modernization work across multiple states
• Bring expertise in enterprise application architecture, cloud integration, and solution design
• Define end-to-end architecture for the overall solution
• Ensure system scalability and security for the MAX implementation
• Guide technical teams through delivery decisions and execution
• Align solution components to business and operational requirements for MAX

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, system integration, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Experience with security architecture, identity management, and application modernization
• Strong leadership and technical communication skills
• Knowledgeable on the ADOT MVD MAX Solution
• Based in the United States
