Own product planning and delivery to ensure a consistent, timely customer experience.

Plan and prioritize product development, including product feature backlogs.
Create detailed product feature specifications and ensure alignment on understanding across relevant teams.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize epics, stories, and tasks in support of product strategy.
Identify and mitigate roadblocks that could impact sprint and release goals.
Lead product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new functionality.
Act as a product ambassador internally and externally by sharing knowledge and answering questions.
Provide thought leadership and planning for areas of responsibility.
Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.

Ability to initiate, plan, and execute a product vision while owning the internal process for delivery.
Experience planning and prioritizing backlogs to drive product development.
Capability to develop and communicate detailed product feature specifications to relevant teams.
Skill in assessing value and translating strategy into prioritized epics, stories, and tasks.
Proficiency in managing roadmaps and sprint and release goals, including mitigating delivery risks.
Capability to lead release plans and communicate delivery expectations for new functionality.
Comfort serving as a product ambassador and answering internal and external questions.
Ability to deliver thought leadership and planning for assigned areas of responsibility.
