Product Owner

Robotics Technologies is hiring a Product Owner in Dallas, TX for an onsite engagement lasting 12 Months + Extension. In this role, you’ll bring strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance expertise and help teams deliver business capabilities by maintaining a clear, executable product backlog and aligning solutions to insurance process needs.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to support delivery of business requirements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and Scrum Masters.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and UAT.
• Define product priorities and help ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Ensure the proposed solutions align with P&C insurance business processes and objectives.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Owner within the P&C Insurance domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting, Rating, and Billing.
• Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or Duck Creek (preferred).
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in Product Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Sprint Planning.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Insurance.
