Product Owner - Dynamics 365

Remote work flexibility with up to $200,000 per year for a Product Owner focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain. Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Finance and related modules across the organization
• Manage vendor relationships, project teams, and external consultants to drive successful project execution
• Create and implement strategies to optimize financial, supply chain, and operational processes in line with best practices
• Lead the full project lifecycle from discovery through testing, go-live, and post‑implementation support
• Maintain system health via issue resolution, root‑cause analysis, and ongoing process improvements
• Lead user training, change management activities, and documentation to maximize adoption
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Finance, Operations, IT, and executive leadership—to design scalable, standardized solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 4+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain or AX
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects, including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Strong functional expertise across core D365 modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost & Project Accounting, Cash & Bank
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions
• Experience with integrations, data migration, validation, and cutover activities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and process audit standards
