Product Owner, Internet Product Lifecycle Management

The Product Owner for Internet Product Lifecycle Management plays a central role in shaping how Breezeline and Cogeco deliver connectivity and related home experiences. This hybrid position in Quincy, MA connects product strategy with execution across internet, home networking, and value-added offerings, spanning both new builds and the lifecycle management of legacy platforms.

You will define the product roadmap, track outcomes using performance indicators, and guide portfolio evolution as broadband technology advances across FTTH, DOCSIS, and Smart Wi-Fi ecosystems.

What you’ll do

• Own and articulate the strategic product roadmap for Cogeco and Breezeline, ensuring broadband, home networking, and value-added services scale effectively, stay competitive, and track market trends.
• Create integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies while streamlining delivery processes, onboarding workflows, and internet offerings across Canadian and US markets.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators across service delivery quality, monetization, customer lifetime value (LTV), campaign ROI, and churn reduction.
• Stay current on emerging broadband technologies and competitive activity, including XGS-PON, Wi-Fi 7, and Next-Gen DOCSIS, to inform product portfolio direction.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog across the full lifecycle, from concept and launch to ongoing performance optimization, hardware upgrades, and platform sunsetting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Operations to improve self-installation workflows, provisioning success rates, network stability, and customer-facing management tools.
• Translate business objectives into detailed user stories and technical requirements for speed tiers, CPE gateway hardware, mesh extenders, and smart home services.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, and external technology vendors to deliver roadmap initiatives and support key business targets.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Experience in Agile environments, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Strong knowledge of broadband networking and home Wi-Fi ecosystems, including FTTH, DOCSIS, and CPE gateway platforms.
• Proven cross-functional leadership, with the ability to align detailed engineering concepts with commercial outcomes.
