Job Description

Danone is building digital capabilities that help teams make better decisions from trusted measurement, marketing analytics, and consumer insights. In this hybrid role, you will own a product domain that powers visibility and optimization across marketing, eCommerce, consumer care, and commercial teams. You’ll translate business strategy into a focused roadmap and ensure releases support real adoption after deployment.

Hybrid work approach: collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs (White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO) is expected, with an option to work from home on a schedule agreed with your supervisor. You should regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Own the product vision, backlog, prioritization logic, and expected value for Marketing Category & Insights digital products.
  • Prioritize features, defects, enablers, and enhancements using business value, risk, dependencies, compliance needs, and delivery capacity.
  • Ensure user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria are clear enough to enable efficient, high-quality squad delivery.
  • Lead iterative product discovery and delivery, keeping the squad focused on the most valuable outcomes.
  • Validate releases meet expected business outcomes and enable rollout and adoption after deployment.
  • Maintain and evolve the domain roadmap, aligning product evolution with business priorities, compliance requirements, and technical dependencies.
  • Translate strategy into phased increments, MVPs, enhancements, and foundational enablers.
  • Evaluate solution options with squads and partners, balancing reuse, scalability, speed-to-value, and sustainability.
  • Ensure product design integrates process, tagging, measurement, reporting, dashboards, privacy, and adoption considerations.
  • Act as the primary product counterpart for Marketing, eCommerce, Media, Consumer Care, Privacy/Legal, Data, and IT stakeholders.
  • Own core capabilities across digital measurement strategy, tagging governance, KPI standardization, dashboarding, and consumer journey analytics.
  • Govern consent-aware data collection and cookie-management requirements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee product quality expectations for tagging, tracking, dashboards, KPI consistency, and reporting reliability.
  • Drive issue prioritization, defect resolution, and root-cause analysis for incidents and data gaps.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure data flow integrity across analytics platforms, dashboards, CMS environments, and downstream insight layers.
  • Continuously improve usability, scalability, standardization, and value realization; promote experimentation and KPI-led reviews.
  • Track and communicate outcome indicators including adoption, usage, data quality, time-to-insight, and stakeholder satisfaction.

What you’ll need

  • Strong command of agile product delivery, backlog ownership, prioritization, and user story governance.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 and digital measurement frameworks (events, funnels, attribution considerations, KPI design).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and/or Tag Commander / Commanders Act for tagging strategies, taxonomy governance, and scalable implementation models.
  • Experience translating reporting needs into dashboard requirements using Power BI or tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) as relevant platforms influencing content structure and measurement.
  • Familiarity with Salsify or other product information environments affecting eCommerce experience and performance analytics.
  • Strong skills with Jira, Confluence, and other product documentation and roadmap tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics, campaign measurement, website behavior analysis, tagging governance, and insight generation, including SEO-related metrics.
  • Experience with D2C and eCommerce consumer journey measurement and commercial performance visibility.
  • Understanding of cookies, consent management, and privacy-aware data collection constraints.
  • Ability to connect analytics outputs with growth, optimization, and commercial decision-making.
  • Ability to define KPI frameworks, measurement standards, dashboard logic, and reporting consistency rules.
  • Comfort partnering with data, engineering, and analytics teams on data structure, availability, and quality.
  • English fluency is mandatory. Spanish is highly preferred/required depending on the market scope. Portuguese is a plus.
