Seasonal Product Operations Educator

Seasonal Product Operations Educators support in-store product operations and help maintain an organized, guest-ready retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment
• Execute inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts aligned to company standards
• Receive and process product deliveries following company standards, including folding, sorting, and hanging product to optimize space and productivity
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to the appropriate locations per company standards (including handling damages and consolidations)
• Perform product display adjustments, including daily restocking and destocking and product moves on the floor to maintain store organization and presentation
• Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (example: buy online/pickup in store and ship from store options) according to company standards
• Support guests on the retail floor by providing service or connecting guests to other team members
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment for a supportive and engaging experience for team members and guests
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and improve the guest experience

• Must be able to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Work Context

• Move through the store; sometimes on the sales floor with bright lights and loud music
• May also work in areas with no windows or natural light
• Work may be completed as part of a team, independently, or with the use of a computer/other technology
• May involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base pay range: $18.00 - $20.71/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)
• Target bonus: $2.00/hour
• Total target base pay range: $20.00 - $22.71/hour
• Pay-for-performance philosophy; base pay based on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity
