Job Description

The Seasonal Product Operations Lead partners with store leadership to execute the store product strategy through inventory processing, back-of-house product operations, and floor readiness. This role supports guest experience by ensuring products are accurately stocked, organized, and available to drive sell-through.

Role Focus

  • Execute the store product strategy through product operations and inventory management.
  • Lead inventory shifts and ensure product accuracy across both floor and back of house.
  • Serve as Supervisor on Duty during scheduled open hours when assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store leadership to translate product strategy into daily execution.
  • Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure completion of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
  • Create a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift while engaging team members in inventory management.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
  • Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, including recommendations to store leadership on product focus and, for outlets, pricing.
  • Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
  • Address team member performance through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences.
  • Build a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships.
  • When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty during open hours, move dynamically between the floor and operational areas to ensure technical product education and a world-class guest experience.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
  • 1 year of work experience.
  • Some experience with inventory management and/or product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work.
  • Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
  • Variable schedule based on store needs, with shifts typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings and/or late nights or overnights for some team members.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Work includes moving through the store, including front-of-house areas with bright lights and loud music, and back-of-house areas with no windows or natural light.
  • Work is performed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve using a computer or other technical devices.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg), and use of ladders to reach materials.
  • For experiential stores with food or beverage service only: work may involve industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat to prepare food or beverages.

Compensation

  • Base Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.61/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.
  • Target Bonus: $2.00/hour.
  • Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.61/hour.
  • Compensation is grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy recognizing exceptional individual and team performance.
  • Base pay is based on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
  • Employees in this position may be eligible for a competitive bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

Nice-to-Have (Job Assets)

  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
  • Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations related to reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action.
  • For experiential stores with food or beverage service only: food safety and/or liquor service certification.
