Job Description

Seasonal Product Operations Lead (onsite) is part of the store leadership team responsible for product operations, inventory management, and an organized, guest-ready store.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with store leadership to bring the store product strategy to life
  • Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
  • Lead inventory shifts by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the team
  • Monitor product levels and share insights to support sell-through and optimal product availability for guests
  • Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to guide store actions, including sell-through trends and outlet pricing recommendations
  • Participate in hiring activities including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training
  • Support performance and development through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning
  • Build a respectful, inclusive team environment through supportive working relationships
  • When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically across the store to deliver technical product education and maintain a world-class guest experience

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation

Experience

  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work
  • Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others

Job Assets (Nice to Have; Not Required)

  • Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher
  • Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action
  • For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification

Work Schedule / Availability

  • Schedule varies based on store needs
  • Shifts are typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • During peak periods, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may have early mornings or late nights/overnights

Work Context

  • Move throughout the store; may be in front of house with bright lights and loud music, and/or back of house with no windows or natural light
  • Work is completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve using a computer or other technical devices
  • Occasionally move boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and/or use ladders to reach materials
  • For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: may use industrial kitchen equipment and be exposed to heat while preparing food or beverages

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)
  • Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
  • Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.00 - $29.00/hour
