Senior Digital Product Owner

At PREMIER Bankcard, the Senior Digital Product Owner plays a central role in shaping digital payment experiences that are secure, seamless, and efficient. You will act as the customer voice and the link between business stakeholders and development teams, translating needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmap decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and supporting design and feature details.
• Lead an agile team by driving outcomes and providing direction so development can execute against the product, feature, and roadmap.
• Set release targets for features and enhancements, determine high-integrity commitments, and build and prioritize the team backlog.
• Compile customer research and competitor trends, then present insights that inform product decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders such as call centers, back office, Compliance, Development, and Marketing to complete feature delivery.
• Manage multiple digital products and platforms.
• Interview, hire, and train new staff, provide constructive and timely performance reviews, and handle discipline and termination in line with company policy.

What You’ll Bring

• A strong customer-centric approach and ability to identify customer needs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Detail orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business value.
• Scrum Product Owner Certification or a similar Product Owner certification, maintained while in this position.
• 4+ years managing digital products at a financial institution, including experience across channels such as voice, chat, email, and social media, and related marketing efforts (as applicable).
• 3+ years of agile development experience preferred, or advanced understanding of digital and IT product management and development.
• Ability to support ongoing and future investment in digital platforms aligned to the company’s overall business plan.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
