Summary
The Senior Product Manager will own the roadmap for all NA & EU Relay operations. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to define a decision framework and implement metrics-driven improvements. The role also encompasses 0-1 product development and product delivery through a dedicated technology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across operations, technology, and planning teams to define strategic roadmaps while accounting for impact to all stakeholders.
- Provide end-to-end ownership of requirements gathering documentation, planning, and implementation of cost-effective solutions for the Amazon transportation network.
- Drive complete 0-1 product development, including roadmap ownership, product design, and delivery through a dedicated tech team.
- Design and implement feedback mechanisms that support performance and cost improvements across processes.
- Conduct data-driven deep dives and root-cause analysis, then translate findings into metrics-driven, actionable, and sustainable solutions.
- Monitor product metrics across nodes and analyze drivers to determine the appropriate level and type of engagement based on risk to customer experience and utilization of technology.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience delivering product features and managing tradeoffs.
- Experience as a product manager or product owner.
- Experience influencing senior leadership using data-driven insights.
- Experience collaborating across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
About the Team
The team includes Product Managers, Program Managers, and Business Analysts working on a suite of products that optimize pricing, procurement, orchestration, and automation of capacity procurement for Middle Mile Transportation across NA & EU. The team is distributed, with members based in Bellevue, Nashville, and Atlanta. Product Managers focus on North America geography expansion for Relay Spot Supply Business, supported by Business Analysts who create and maintain reporting and analytics tools to support Product Manager needs.
