- Prototype to learn by partnering with UX and Engineering to test ideas with clinicians and resolve key uncertainties before significant engineering investment.
- Act as Scrum Product Owner by prioritizing backlogs, writing clear specifications and user stories, and making decisions about scope and sequencing.
- Integrate AI into day-to-day product work, including customer feedback synthesis, prototyping, and analysis, while ensuring appropriate human review and sharing approaches that help teams learn and deliver faster.
- Manage dependencies and trade-offs across teams, lead launches with customer-facing partners, measure adoption and outcomes, and iterate based on results.
- For AI-enabled clinical features, collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Clinical Informatics, and Patient Safety to define evaluation criteria for accuracy, bias, data quality, and safety, and establish responsible rollout and monitoring.
Skills and experience
- 5+ years of product management experience strongly preferred, with a track record of shipping products and measuring customer outcomes.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare enterprise needs through product work with providers and clinicians, direct clinical practice, or related healthcare experience.
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Agile or Scrum teams, partnering closely with Engineering and UX.
- Practical experience using AI tools for product discovery, prototyping, or development.
- Experience shipping AI-enabled clinical products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
