Senior Product Manager, Enterprise
Job Description
Altruist Corp is building products for the way real firms operate, and this Senior Product Manager, Enterprise role is at the center of that effort. You will help shape how large, multi-office RIA firms set up, onboard, and run their business on Altruist, with ownership of enterprise product areas and workflows that must work at scale.
Based in California for onsite work, the position focuses on delivering enterprise-grade experiences across permissions, branding, billing, and the broader systems firms use to coordinate teams, clients, and advisors.
What you’ll do
- Own the roadmap and delivery for one or more enterprise product areas.
- Learn how large firms split work across roles, including operations and compliance, advisors, and client service, then build products that match those operating models.
- Design workflows for complex organizations, including delegating tasks, enabling bulk changes, and allowing firms to manage their own settings.
- Find internal process gaps that create friction or do not scale, then close them with product features, internal tools, or playbooks.
- Ship iterative, high-quality releases in partnership with engineering and design.
- Partner with enterprise firms to shape the product, turning feedback into solutions that support multiple firm types.
- Help sales win enterprise firms by leading product discovery and demonstrating how Altruist fits how each firm operates.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building B2B2C or multi-sided software, with a track record shipping complex, high-visibility products.
- Experience designing products where the buyer, daily user, and end customer are different people.
- Ability to build for enterprise customers with complex organizations while keeping the product simple to use.
- Experience leading discovery with customers and internal teams to identify the problems most worth solving.
- Capability to break large, ambiguous problems into smaller releases with measurable impact.
- Comfort discussing architecture and data models with engineers and understanding how integrations connect to a firm’s systems.
- Knowledge of how to track key user journeys and use data to guide decisions.
- Ownership mindset focused on outcomes, staying with a product after launch until it works for the firms using it.
- Clear communication skills that enable influence without formal authority, along with the ability to explain complex tradeoffs in plain language to firms and internal partners.
- Strong judgment: make sound decisions with incomplete information, push back when something is not right for the customer, and remain open to other perspectives.
- Product and design instincts that can translate complex, rules-heavy problems into experiences that feel straightforward.
- A high bar for enterprise-grade experiences that are also delightful to use.
Bonus points
- Experience in fintech, wealth management, or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with how RIAs operate, including firm structures, advisor transitions, or custodial relationships.
- Experience building onboarding, activation, or implementation experiences for enterprise customers.
- Experience owning platform capabilities such as team management, roles and permissions, admin tools, or multi-level structures like offices and sub-organizations.
Compensation and location

- Salary range: USD 200,000 - 240,000 per year
