Job Description

Experian Information Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of credit-based, data-driven marketing prospecting products within a regulated environment. This is an individual contributor role focused on cloud-based consumer prospecting, with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Executive leadership.

Role Overview

Join Experian as part of building the Consumer’s Bureau. In this position, you will manage a cloud-based prospecting product line designed to help clients reach consumers with the right offer through the right channel at the right time.

Relevant domain knowledge includes regulated credit marketing products such as prescreen or prequalification (soft pull) solutions, along with familiarity with marketing channels including direct mail, telemarketing, email, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to own, develop, and launch next-generation prospecting solutions for consumer outreach.
  • Define and communicate user stories, business objectives, and product requirements to engineering teams.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to define and execute product strategy and vision.
  • Conduct research on product positioning, pricing and revenue, competitor offerings, and market trends to recommend solution bundles.
  • Use market intelligence and P&L analysis to prioritize product investments and identify highest revenue opportunities.
  • Provide product and market expertise to Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support revenue growth in the North American market.
  • Represent the product line with internal groups and external clients and partners through demonstrated subject matter expertise.
  • Partner with other teams to orchestrate and meet the Ascend platform strategic goals.
  • Operate as an individual contributor reporting into the VP of Product Management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry with a focus on credit marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively in and navigate a matrix environment.
  • Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing and Agile methodologies.

Location and Work Style

This role is based in the United States (remote). Experian also expects collaboration near designated hub locations, including: Costa Mesa & San Jose, CA; Allen & Austin, TX; Franklin, TN; New York, NY; Schaumburg, IL; Washington, DC; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; and Seattle, WA. #LI-Remote
