- Develop frameworks to evaluate selection opportunities across marketplaces, balancing customer demand, manufacturer supply capability, landed-cost economics, and seller profitability.
- Lead cross-border selection efforts by finding repeatable patterns in one market and scaling them across regions.
- Create measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of new selection initiatives on GMS, selection breadth, and marketplace health.
- Own the product roadmap for an AI-native platform that connects sellers with manufacturers across the full lifecycle: opportunity discovery, demand consolidation, production coordination, fulfillment, and post-order launch.
- Partner with data, science, and engineering teams to develop and scale selection growth offerings.
- Drive alignment across regional teams to execute a consistent global selection strategy while incorporating local market needs.
- Define an operating model for AI-native automation and human account management, specifying where the platform acts autonomously and where human support adds value.
