Senior Product Manager - Technical, B2B2X/Mobility, Leo Mobility Product

You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Leo connectivity services, partnering with customers and engineering teams to set priorities and launch differentiated services at scale. Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of mobility product strategy across consumer, maritime, and B2B2X segments, including roadmap definition, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional execution with business development, network engineering, and operations teams.
• Create thorough product documentation such as working backwards narratives and business requirements documents that translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear engineering deliverables.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand connectivity requirements, validate product direction, and represent diverse customer needs during executive-level prioritization and planning sessions.
• Drive data-informed decision making by defining relevant performance metrics for different customer segments, analyzing product adoption, and using insights to refine strategy and prioritization.
• Collaborate with technical teams on architecture and technology decisions, contributing to engineering discussions and ensuring product strategy aligns with capabilities and constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and weighing tradeoffs in a product context.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
