Senior Product Operations Manager
Job Description
EarnIn is building end-to-end business strategy that connects customer insights to go-to-market, adoption, product execution, and day-to-day operations, with an AI-native mindset. In this Senior Operations and Strategy Manager role (hybrid in Mountain View, CA), you will help shape a B2B opportunity from vision through measurable results, then operationalize what works into repeatable playbooks and agentic workflows.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with the GMs to define the vision, then take ownership for scaling the opportunity across product, sales, operations, business development, finance, and other teams.
- Build the roadmap and key proof points for B2B initiatives, partnering with a small cross-functional team to bring the plan to life.
- Run rapid experiments to improve go-to-market and customer adoption, then translate learnings into scalable playbooks used going forward.
- Find areas in B2B go-to-market, adoption, and account operations where manual steps can be replaced with agentic workflows, and partner with engineering to deliver them.
- Move AI pilots from experiment to production by turning successful work into playbooks, templates, and reference implementations other teams can reuse.
- Make pilots sustainable so new teams can operate them without restarting from scratch.
- Support business development, sales, and account management with pitch decks and sales content that open new business opportunities.
- Develop solutions that improve both growth and operational excellence, including field execution such as product testing and roll-outs.
- Review each step of how the B2B business operates and challenge assumptions with a clear question: why isn’t an agent doing this?
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, ensuring results are visible and trustworthy.
- Deliver regular updates and reporting to senior leadership, including the executive team, and build alignment to move new work forward.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in Strategy and Operations, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, and/or Partnerships.
- Advantage for experience in startups, lean business units, or product incubation teams where you owned work end to end with limited support.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or agentic workflows to automate or improve business operations, including GTM, sales, or customer success work.
- A curious, first-principles thinker who can operate as both a strategist and a builder, comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by hard problems.
- Track record leading cross-functional projects and hitting goals, including influencing and building alignment at the executive level.
- Comfort speaking directly with customers and partners, collaborating with product and engineering, and managing revenue and costs.
- Experience taking a pilot or experiment and converting it into a repeatable process other teams actually use.
- Very strong verbal and written communication, with confidence interfacing both internally and externally.
- Strong skills in data retrieval, analytics, and presentation, using data to drive decisions.
- Enthusiasm for test-and-learn, including success in the face of roadblocks and limited resources.
- High ownership and curiosity across finance, marketing, and operations.
Location: Mountain View, CA (hybrid). Compensation: USD 153,000 - 187,000 per year.
You’ll stand out if you have
