Senior Product Operations Manager, Find My
Job Description
Lead operations for the Find My team by setting strategy, scaling programs, and driving cross-functional execution against communicated performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop team plans aligned to broader organizational strategy and goals for key aspects of Find My
- Operationalize annual plans through cross-functional programs and technical teams
- Mobilize resources to support growth and delivery
- Follow through on commitments, addressing problems and ensuring execution stays on track
- Build and lead high-performing teams
- Assemble the right people, motivate them, provide appropriate tools, and enable effective collaboration
- Drive flawless execution through cross-functional planning and scaled programs
- Build relationships across Apple and drive development of new team capabilities
Requirements
- Experience navigating cross-organizational dependencies at a large, matrixed company; include examples of identifying and managing interdependencies to keep initiatives on track
- Experience adapting quickly to shifting or unique stakeholder requirements; include examples of building influence and alignment across internal and external groups with competing priorities
- Experience mediating disputes or negotiations between stakeholders and driving resolution with minimal escalation; include examples of making difficult calls under pressure
- Experience distilling ambiguous, multi-variable problems into clear recommendations for executive audiences (for example, via structured frameworks or executive summaries)
- Experience revisiting or reversing a prior decision based on new data or analysis, even after significant time/resources; own the outcome with stakeholders
- Experience building a team from the ground up or significantly scaling an existing team; include recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring talent
- Experience identifying and resourcing gaps proactively before they become blockers; include specific examples
- Experience conducting user or stakeholder research (interviews, surveys, feedback sessions) to inform product, program, or business decisions
- Track record of exceeding measurable goals or targets in prior roles, with metrics when possible
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to and aligning senior stakeholders or executives on complex or ambiguous initiatives
- Experience prioritizing effectively under competing deadlines and ambiguity; include examples of seeing initiatives through despite setbacks or resistance
- Experience coaching or mentoring team members toward individual goals; include measurable growth or promotion outcomes
- Experience developing a new strategy or approach from scratch using structured analysis to decide what to cut and what to prioritize; include an example of a strategy you shaped
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or general management
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Track record of balancing short-term delivery with building sustainable, long-term value
- Proven experience managing and developing managers or team leads/individual contributors, including hiring, performance management, and career development responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments and adapting strategy in real time
- Experience prioritizing and reallocating resources across competing initiatives under time pressure, including trade-off decisions and outcomes
- Hands-on experience implementing and running operating cadences, metrics, and review processes to track performance against goals
- Track record of anticipating organizational shifts and proactively adjusting plans
- Experience conducting competitive and market analysis that informed strategic decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or departments (for example, engineering, product, design, marketing) without direct authority, and driving them to completion
- Experience building relationships and gathering input across a network of internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers within your organization and in partner or external organizations, without formal authority
- Commitment to Apple business ethics and doing what is best for Apple

- Additional experience developing new strategy from scratch using structured analysis, including identifying what to cut and what to prioritize

Pay
- Base pay range: USD 212,600 - 376,300 per year
- Base pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location
