Job Description

This onsite role in New York, NY leads cross-functional product operations for Prime Video Premium Ads within Amazon Publisher Monetization, driving operational excellence and end-to-end program delivery for sponsorships, pause ads, and emerging formats.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs that advance operational excellence for Premium Ads products, including Sponsorships, Pause Ads, and emerging native formats.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and the product vision for Premium Ads commercialization.
Drive data driven decision making through analysis and insights across pricing, packaging, and revenue optimization.
Manage multiple initiatives concurrently while delivering high quality results across the US, EU5, and ICAA markets.
Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders across APM Product, Prime Video, Brand Partnerships, Video Sales GTM, Ads Finance, and ACTS teams.
Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies that affect product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Support change management efforts and promote adoption of new premium advertising products.
Establish and monitor program KPIs to ensure alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.

Requirements

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Proven ability to use data and metrics to identify improvements and drive outcomes.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
