Job Description
SHEIN is seeking a Senior WMS Product Manager to join its Seattle on-site team, serving as a bridge between business users and product managers across markets to drive warehouse management system enhancements. This role focuses on translating growth visions into actionable roadmaps, leveraging operation data and stakeholder insights to elevate warehouse performance.
Position Summary
In this on-site role based in Seattle, the Senior WMS Product Manager acts as the conduit between business teams and product managers, connecting knowledge across markets to optimize warehouse operations and ensure stable, scalable systems that support growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain close alignment with key business stakeholders, capture growth visions, and convert them into actionable product roadmaps.
- Lead the planning of product enhancements by analyzing operations data, user feedback, and the competitive landscape.
- Provide timely product insights to drive excellence in warehouse operations.
- Create, assign, and oversee product design tasks to ensure clarity and progress.
- Understand and manage vendor systems to sustain stable operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Over 8 years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in warehouse and logistics management.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes with prior WMS experience required.
- Highly motivated and energetic, with a strong sense of urgency in addressing issues.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to research and benchmark.
- Ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
