Senior Product Manager - Workforce Management

Join TriNet in Atlanta, GA and help shape a Workforce Management platform that supports Paid Time Off and Time and Labor needs. This onsite role partners strategy with delivery, with a focus on scalable, compliant, customer-centric experiences. You will also help identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities across WFM domains, translating real business needs into practical product initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Own the roadmap and execution for WFM Paid Time Off and Time and Labor Management product capabilities, from strategic planning through tactical delivery.
• Translate business goals into a concrete product strategy and actionable tactical plan.
• Conduct market research and maintain ongoing stakeholder and customer discussions to assess current needs and future requirements.
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases using data insights, customer needs, operational pain points, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI-driven opportunities within Workforce Management, turning business requirements into scalable initiatives.
• Develop and manage product features in collaboration with development partners.
• Create clear product requirements and statements of work.
• Partner cross-functionally with domain product managers, engineering, data, UX, knowledge management, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, compliant, and customer-focused.
• Monitor product performance and business outcomes, using insights to improve adoption, optimize experiences, and inform roadmap decisions.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of software product design and development experience.
• 5+ years of direct product management experience.
• Experience delivering Workforce management products is required.
• Experience owning products from strategy through launch in a cross-functional environment.
• 2+ years of experience building AI solutions is a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered products, conversational experiences, or intelligent systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• HR domain familiarity (Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, or Compliance) is a plus.
• Passion for building trustworthy, useful, and impactful AI experiences.

Compensation and location

Preferred location is Atlanta, GA (onsite). The salary range for this location is $89,600.00 to $168,000.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. Qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta, and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. Final salary will be based on skills, education, work location, and experience.
