Sr Manager Product Operations
Job Description
Senior Manager, Product Operations (Execution & Delivery) within Brink's Global DRS Product Operations, onsite in Coppell, TX, serves as the primary operational execution leader and backup to the Senior Director, accountable for tactical execution, cadence ownership, and delivery across the DRS ecosystem, with a development path toward a Director-level role within approximately 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of Product Operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with priorities defined by senior leadership
- Act as the operational lead for vendors delivering devices, warehousing, refurbishment, installations, field service, and consumables
- Convert strategic objectives into concrete operating plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps
- Ensure vendor adherence to contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and standard operating procedures
- Lead operational reviews including MBRs and QBRs, maintaining agendas, performance materials, action tracking, and closure
- Identify operational risks, capacity constraints, inventory gaps, and blockers; develop and drive mitigation plans to resolution
- Oversee inventory readiness and execution in partnership with S&OP to support demand plans
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of operational data, dashboards, and reporting used across Finance, Sales, Installations, and Leadership
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (A3, Kaizen, root-cause analysis) focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, and cycle time reduction
- Support vendor onboarding, performance recovery, and transition initiatives as required
- Serve as escalation point for operational issues while maintaining focus on customer experience and financial outcomes
- Coordinate and align global stakeholders across regions and time zones to ensure consistent execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or MBA, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Typically 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in operations, vendor management, supply chain, or related roles
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong operational and execution leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Proven ability to drive tactical execution while balancing competing priorities
- Experience managing vendors to contractual, operational, and financial outcomes
- Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to link execution decisions to P&L impact
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
- Comfort with ambiguity while bringing structure, cadence, and accountability
- Experience with inventory management, installations, field service, refurbishment, or device lifecycle operations preferred
- Working knowledge of operational IT concepts including asset management systems, reporting tools, and dashboards
