Sr. Product Manager III, SCOT - Automated Inventory Management (AIM)

This onsite Bellevue, WA role seeks a senior product manager to shape performance metrics, reporting, and data visualizations that inform cross-functional decisions and drive improvements in customer experience across Amazon’s supply chain.

• Salary: USD 136,000 - 184,100 per year
• Experience: 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience improvements by delivering measurable Speed outcomes within Amazon's global demand and supply chain
• Generate actionable insights that enhance the customer experience and ensure worldwide functions are accountable for outcomes
• Collaborate with Product Managers and BIEs to elevate performance of customer experience
• Partner with Worldwide Operations, Category Leaders, In-Stock Managers, Engineering, Transportation experts, and Finance to design solutions
• Define and oversee solutions that span multiple teams
• Mine and analyze data to support metrics and informed decisions
• Create new insights and tools to understand customer intent and develop multi-year roadmaps

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven ability to own and drive roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering products end to end
• Experience with feature delivery and making tradeoffs in a product
• Previous experience as a product manager or product owner
• Experience owning technology products
