Sr Product Manager, Supply Chain optimization, Furniture

The Senior Product Manager will own the supply chain channel strategy and channel optimization tools for Amazon.com Services LLC's Furniture business, collaborating with the SCOT team and central Supply Chain to reduce fulfillment costs and improve delivery speed across sourcing channels. This onsite role is based in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the channel level strategy in partnership with the SCOT team to deploy and scale channel optimization tools, leading a broad program of channel management and inventory health initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions to refine the supply chain channel strategy and enhance fulfillment performance for the US Furniture and Hardlines segment.
• Lead the deployment and ongoing refinement of the Optimal Channel Sourcing (OCS) tool with the central Supply Chain team, ensuring sourcing algorithms route the right product through the right channel at minimal cost and maximum speed.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain optimization across direct fulfillment expansion, regional fulfillment, and precise inventory placement, with a focus on improving overall inventory health.
• Focus on modeling optimal channel selection logic, accelerating speed metrics, optimizing fulfillment programs such as Speed and Promise, and creating data-driven mechanisms that surface supply chain health to leadership.
• Oversee the annual supply chain channel strategy for Furniture, working with Central Supply Chain, Pricing, Operations, Finance and vendor teams to reduce fulfillment costs, improve delivery speed, and maximize network efficiency across all sourcing channels.

Requirements

• Five years or more of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs within a product
• Experience owning and defining roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience managing end-to-end product delivery
• Experience owning technology products

Compensation

Salary: USD 136,000 - 184,100 per year
