Job Description

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a technical focus to steer invoicing and tax products within the AWS Billing portfolio. This on-site role in Seattle, WA centers on guiding the strategy and execution that enable global billing, while coordinating go-to-market plans, market roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders. The position demands a hands-on leader who can translate customer insights into scalable solutions and align multiple teams toward shared business outcomes.

Compensation

USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution for launch invoicing and tax products that support AWS Billing globally.
  • Represent AWS across marketplaces, defining future roadmaps and product development for these markets and launches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to identify pain points and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop go-to-market plans and participate actively in project delivery and cross-team communication.
  • Define the long-term vision, own the product roadmap, and coordinate dependencies across multiple product teams and key stakeholders.
  • Articulate product vision and go-to-market strategy to drive delivery and launches.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to ensure technical and business tradeoffs are considered during delivery.
  • Own requirements gathering and feature definition with clear success criteria to achieve desired business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs for a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience advocating for a diverse set of customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
  • 5+ years developing technology products, or an MBA with 3+ years leading financial technology or billing products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
  • Experience delivering software products in agile teams and methodologies.
  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with full lifecycle responsibility from concept through go-to-market.
