Sr. Product Manager - Technical, Embedded Software, Leo Connectivity

Responsibilities

• Design APIs and telemetry systems to support devices used by enterprises, mobility providers, and individual consumers.
• Oversee device provisioning, over-the-air updates, and fleet-scale monitoring across diverse customer segments.
• Define and drive performance standards, RF/PHY reliability, and interoperability for devices deployed from enterprise to consumer contexts.
• Coordinate firmware and hardware releases across multiple hardware systems used by B2B, B2C, and government customers.
• Translate technical capabilities into intuitive workflows for business users (B2B/B2B2X) and individual customers (B2C).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to validate experiences for all customer personas.
• Balance technical execution with alignment across engineering, hardware, and operations teams.
• Shape roadmap priorities, mitigate delivery risks, and advise on business deals and beta programs for all customer personas.
• Ensure on-time releases and post-launch stability for solutions serving B2C, B2B, B2B2X, and B2G customers.

Requirements

• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and evaluating tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
