Own and scale Intuit’s construction accounts receivable experience, from payment application creation through retainage and cash application.

Own the end-to-end construction AR product lifecycle, including payment application creation and submission, retainage tracking, lien waiver collection, and cash application.
Build and ship agentic workflows to automate high-friction, high-stakes steps across the construction payment chain.
Enable contractors with real-time visibility into billing status, approvals, retainage holds, and items at risk.
Drive discovery through job-site visits and direct research with GCs, subcontractors, and owners to understand how money moves and where it gets stuck.
Define success metrics, own the roadmap, and lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
Partner with accounting firms and other ecosystem stakeholders serving the construction industry to ensure built workflows align with standards required by their clients.

8+ years in product management with direct experience in construction tech, construction finance software, ERP, or B2B SaaS serving the construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in construction project management, contract administration, or construction finance).
Working knowledge of construction AR, including payment applications, retainage, lien waivers, Schedule of Values, and change order management.
Experience translating domain knowledge into software for contractors, owners, or lenders across the construction workflow.
Fluency in agentic product design, including confidence thresholds, escalation logic, and human-in-the-loop decision points.
Experience building mobile-first products for frontline workers, ideally in low-connectivity field environments.
Track record influencing across engineering, design, sales, and finance, including sequencing decisions that hold up under pressure and anticipation of market shifts before results show up in win/loss reporting.
Experience architecting bi-directional integrations as a strategic data foundation, with rigor in evaluating build, buy, and partner tradeoffs.
Track record building technician-facing mobile products where field data capture accuracy determines whether financial reporting is reliable.
