Staff Product Operations

Nubank is building its AI transformation through the AI Transformation Office (AITO), part of AI Core, a central group that orchestrates AI workstreams across the company. In this hybrid role based in Miami, FL, you will help shape the direction, reach, and quality of Nubank’s AI transformation by bringing an outside perspective and translating it into strategy, solutions, and execution.

What you’ll do

• Shape Nubank’s AI strategy using industry learnings and external perspective.
• Define the AI solutions portfolio, including what to build or buy.
• Own the management team narrative, including how progress is structured for senior leaders.
• Define what success looks like for the AI transformation.
• Unblock critical initiatives that require cross-functional momentum.
• Run the operating rhythm to keep execution aligned and moving.

Team context

Within AITO, you will be part of a small core team driving company-wide AI change. AITO orchestrates AI workstreams such as function transformation, infrastructure, AI risk, AI cost, and communications. The team works directly with Nubank management and senior leaders across the organization.

This role is designed for someone who can stay hands-on while guiding the next steps of transformation, using firsthand experience of how AI plays a key role at companies further along.

Work model
