Technical Product Owner

Motion Recruitment is hiring a Technical Product Owner for a Hybrid team in Minneapolis, MN to support end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope and timeline from delivery planning through execution
• Coordinate Agile cadence, including sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members on Agile frameworks and day-to-day delivery practices
• Facilitate internal communication to support effective collaboration across the team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications such as customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role
• Comfort working in software development environments
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including:
  • definition of done
  • user stories
  • automated testing
  • backlog refinement
• Good knowledge of additional Agile frameworks
• Strong communication and servant leadership skills

Agile and Product Focus

• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Manage product backlogs to support ongoing planning and delivery
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies to keep teams aligned and progressing
