Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional operations teams across the full product development lifecycle to ensure technical readiness from concept to mass production.
- Lead ongoing operational improvements by refining manufacturing processes, boosting factory yields, and implementing robust quality control strategies.
- Serve as a technical resource to plan and execute operational strategies, addressing complex challenges to maintain product excellence and program health.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to align equipment needs, validate technical solutions, and manage risk across all program phases.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, maintain operational transparency, and drive efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in program management
- Experience in consumer hardware design, mass production, and manufacturing processes
- Experience in supply chain operations, including factory yield and assembly automation
