Veeva Vault Product Owner

Accenture is seeking a Veeva Vault Product Owner to lead Pharma R&D Clinical Systems. Based in Chesterbrook, PA on a hybrid schedule, this role centers on defining the product vision, managing the roadmap and backlog, validating ideas through feedback loops, and guiding cross‑team collaboration. The position offers a salary range of USD 59,100 - 196,000 per year and requires at least 3 years of Product Ownership experience along with a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product vision by representing the customer and applying a human centered design approach.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring the team consistently delivers outcomes aligned with client needs.
• Validate concepts through iterative feedback loops, enabling knowledge discovery to inform timely direction changes.
• Act as a subject matter expert, lead and coordinate across teams, assume responsibility for team decisions, and contribute to key strategic choices with practical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Product Ownership experience with Agile Project Management and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems, specifically Veeva Vault.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
