Warehouse Management AI Product Manager

Procter & Gamble is hiring an AI Product Manager to shape AI-driven product strategy and guide execution across teams. The role spans the full AI product lifecycle, with a focus on measurable business impact, responsible AI, and ongoing improvement through experimentation.

This position is based in Cincinnati, OH with an onsite work arrangement and is classified as an Experienced Professionals role. The salary range for this position is USD 110,000 - 165,300 per year.

What you will do

• Develop the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-driven products and capabilities, and identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Drive responsible AI practices, including risk management and compliance considerations.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and provide leadership communication on progress and outcomes.
• Own end-to-end execution for AI product delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Define problems, requirements, and success metrics from discovery through delivery.
• Manage the data and model lifecycle from build to deploy, including monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate impact using experimentation and performance tracking, then iterate based on results.

What you bring

• Product management experience delivering data-driven or AI/ML-enabled products or features with measurable business outcomes.
• Technical background and depth, such as experience in engineering, data science, or analytics.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them pragmatically to product decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
