Responsibilities
- Own the product from concept through end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing to drive results.
- Translate customer and market needs into scalable, manufacturable product solutions.
- Ensure product design feasibility and supply chain resilience are built into development.
- Lead stage-gate processes and ensure documentation readiness for scale-up.
- Manage product modifications, continuous improvement efforts, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Actively promote products and identify cross-sell opportunities with internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- 3+ years in a Product Development or Product Management role with a demonstrated focus on customer experience and a track record of identifying opportunities or solving pain points based on customer insight and data
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Availability for 15%–20% domestic travel, with possible international travel
