Global Product Owner – Business Applications

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Global Product Owner to lead business applications within its Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment. This role focuses on managing the PLM/ERP ecosystem, enabling users, and delivering system initiatives that support business processes and customer experiences through tools including Teamcenter and M2K.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the PLM environment, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance.
• Provide technical support for user issues and deliver training to ensure effective and efficient system usage.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize business processes and support business growth.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity using validation rules and routine audits.
• Customize and configure the system to align with operational needs, including integration with other business systems.
• Lead system initiatives such as upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Build and maintain operational reporting and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners to support clear communication.
• Partner with development teams on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide development and support product quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, PLM Administrator, or in a related role supporting enterprise business applications.
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter, including item creation and bills of materials.
• Proficiency in SQL and SSRS for data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban, along with project lifecycle management experience.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Practical knowledge of PLM guidelines, customization, and configuration.
• Experience with data migration and integration strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools.
• Capability to balance critical thinking with hands-on execution.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.

USD 85,634 - 159,035 per yearly

Pay range note: $63,000 - $117,000 per year
