Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Windchill PLM product vision and roadmap by gathering and prioritizing requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams; translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; manage the product backlog; and establish KPIs to track platform performance, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Own and optimize core PLM processes such as Document Management, Change Management, Part and BOM Management, CAD Data Management, Workflow Automation, and Configuration Management; govern enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployments, and ensure security, product integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Advance Digital Thread and engineering integration by applying data-continuity principles, supporting PTC Creo users, and leading integrations between Windchill and ERP, MES, and CAD applications.
- Lead Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration with distributed, international teams to deliver platform enhancements, manage stakeholder expectations, oversee UAT and production deployments, and drive user training and change management to maximize adoption.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems with 4+ years of hands-on Windchill PLM experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems with 2+ years of Windchill PLM experience, or
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or
- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or
- 6+ years of hands-on Windchill PLM experience in lieu of a degree
