Synaptic Era, Inc. is hiring a hands-on, AI-savvy Product Owner to drive AI product strategy, roadmap execution, and market success.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product roadmap and maintain the backlog
• Work closely with engineering and design to plan, deliver, and ship releases on schedule
• Translate business goals into actionable AI product features and ongoing improvements

Requirements

• Experience building AI products, including familiarity with vibe coding and creating AI PRDs
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Location: Remote, or based in Maryland
