ASM Product & Operations

Assistant Store Manager – Operations is a values-based leadership role focused on operational execution, customer and associate experiences, and consistent store readiness onsite in Cypress, TX.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer experience across all brands, maintaining consistency, quality, and emotional connection
• Lead through the Head Coach model by coaching the team, zoning, team selling, and personally selling
• Drive sales floor execution through Head Coach leadership to deliver top-line results
• Translate store strategy into clear daily priorities and expectations across teams
• Partner with Operations to ensure store readiness enables the customer experience
• Own the talent lifecycle alongside the Store Manager, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Develop Managers through coaching, performance management, and talent progression
• Manage direct reports as assigned, including Managers and/or Supervisors
• Coach and develop associates
• Perform Daily Workforce Management actions to manage labor hours
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
• Lead and model behaviors tied to leadership competencies
• Demonstrate and lead company policy and procedures
• Support additional store priorities as assigned, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing
• Lead by example by demonstrating company values

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights, with the ability to take immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• Self-awareness with interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing
• Ability to use technology, including headsets, mobile devices, and computers
• 4+ years of retail or operations leadership experience preferred

Compensation

• USD 28 - 34 per hourly
