Associate Product Manager- Consumer Packaged Goods

Based in Brea, California with a hybrid work setup, Evriholder Products LLC is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help shape the next wave of consumer goods. The role centers on supporting the development and execution of new products, driving business growth through market research and cross-functional collaboration, and assisting in bringing innovative products to market.

Position overview

The Associate Product Manager will assist in developing and executing new products that drive growth. You will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to conduct market research and help bring innovative offerings to market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with the graphics team to maintain a consistent brand voice and create high-quality designs.
• Proactively initiate and complete projects to meet challenging deadlines within the Wrike project management system.
• Assist with customer meetings by preparing presentations and mock-up samples.
• Sample management and product development tracking.
• Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle, user experience, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support product decisions.
