Associate Product Manager
Job Description
SRI Resources is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Commerce Product team, responsible for the shopping experience on the Cruise Line website. This contract role will help shape the product roadmap and special offers while working closely with cross-functional partners to define requirements, manage launches, and evaluate booking and guest behavior data.
Role Scope
The Commerce Product team owns the Cruise Line website shopping experience, including how guests view and browse sailings, as well as the offers and pricing that influence booking decisions. The team covers the cruise listing, special offers, and itinerary and ship launches, supported by the content needed to deliver those experiences.
In this position, you will translate business objectives and guest needs into clear priorities, requirements, and delivered product outcomes. Responsibilities

- Support discovery and requirements definition by writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that engineering, content, and QA teams can implement and test.
- Drive partner discussions with Marketing, Revenue Management, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and operations to define scope, timelines, and tradeoffs, and to address conflicts early.
- Manage special offers and promotions end to end, from intake and business rules through content build, legal review, launch, and expiration.
- Support itinerary and ship launches by coordinating content readiness, pricing, and release timing across teams and systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to keep content accurate and reusable.
- Coordinate localization and translation needs, including international and French-language experiences, and track readiness across languages.
- Analyze booking, traffic, and guest behavior data to measure results, evaluate ideas, and inform prioritization and recommendations.
- Manage work in Jira across the software development lifecycle, including defects, releases, and testing, and communicate status, risks, and decisions to leaders and partners.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, content management, or a related digital role.
- Ability to convert business and guest needs into clear written requirements, user stories, or product documentation.
- Proven capability to build relationships and influence across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, marketing, and business partners.
- Comfort facilitating partner conversations, negotiating priorities, and driving decisions.
- Ability to pull, interpret, and communicate insights from analytics, dashboards, or performance reports.
- Familiarity with content management systems, publishing workflows, or digital content operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
