Job Description

An Associate in Product Operations will support Chanel's Fashion After-Sales activities in Piscataway, NJ, assisting with daily product inspection, repair feasibility, repair organization, and quality control in collaboration with client relations, quality, and workshop teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement improvements for repair workflows and stock handling within the After-Sales space, establishing process flows to sustain lead times for stock and client repairs.
  • Maintain an accurate daily count of all items moving in and out of the repair workshop.
  • Verify that finished repairs meet Chanel quality standards and collaborate with Artisan managers on repairs that fall short of criteria.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to outbound repairs, including system steps and photographing repaired items.
  • Coordinate outbound repair shipments and partner with the outbound logistics team on repair shipments and priority repairs.
  • Periodically assist the Inventory Controller with cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within existing processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in operations, retail, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with systems and data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • In-office work required: five days per week at the Piscataway, New Jersey location.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is USD 26 - 33 per hour. Base salary is one component of total compensation, with additional forms of variable pay and other incentives or perks potentially offered.

About the Role

Chanel seeks an Associate to join the Fashion After-Sales Team in Piscataway, NJ.
