Job Description
On the AWM 55ip Global Product team at JPMorgan Asset Management, the VP-level Product Manager leads cross-disciplinary collaboration with engineers, researchers, and designers to analyze requirements, propose fintech and wealth-management solutions, and deliver products that align with the firm’s strategic roadmap. This onsite role in New York, NY places you at the center of a fast-moving fintech portfolio, driving market-leading outcomes while coordinating across product, engineering, and design functions. The position requires 8+ years of product management experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a salary range of USD 122,550 to 201,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and success metrics for your portfolio in line with organizational priorities, proactively aligning stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Lead product development with a world-class team of engineers and designers
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners on design, requirements, and delivery milestones
- Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Apply quantitative metrics to shape strategy, assess success, and report findings to product leadership
- Develop an understanding of 55ip's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that set industry benchmarks
- Share expertise internally and externally through presentations and content development
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- At least 5 years working on consumer-facing or client-facing products with complex UX/UI needs
- At least 5 years collaborating with engineering, design, and user research teams
- Experience building Fintech and Wealth products or platforms
- Proficient in configuring, analyzing, and reporting on metrics using Google Analytics
- Subject-matter expertise in custodial integration and financial advisory platforms
- Experience delivering products within an Agile SDLC
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field
