Job Description
A lead-level, remote Clinical Product Owner and Business Integration Lead based in Plano, TX, focused on prior authorization process redesign and serving as SME for Clinical Prior Authorizations, FACETS, 278 transactions, and Claims Processing.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional sessions with clinical, business, and IT stakeholders to map current prior authorization workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions to optimize end-to-end PA processes.
- Conduct analyses and support potential redesign of the clientโs prior authorization program.
- Act as the primary SME for Clinical Prior Authorizations, FACETS, 278 transactions, and Claims Processing.
- Provide executive-level reporting and guide complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Translate clinical and business requirements into concrete product and integration roadmaps.
Requirements
- 15+ years in healthcare delivery, payer operations, utilization management, or PA programs.
- 8+ years as a Clinical Product Manager or Business Integration Lead.
- End-to-end knowledge of Clinical Prior Authorizations is essential.
- FACETS expertise.
- Claims processing knowledge.
- 278 transaction experience.
- Basic working knowledge of GuidingCare.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting skills.
