Contract Product Owner

What you’ll do

• Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders to assess and recommend effective Agile practices, along with business and technical solutions
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to drive impactful business outcomes
• Bring creative, client-focused solutioning while maintaining product vision and considering downstream impacts when rolling out new features across programs
• Create integrated IT project plans to define, monitor, manage, and report key milestones and deliverables
• Support triage and resolution of critical project issues and scope changes during project phases
• Deliver clear project status communications to both internal and client teams
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to implement recommended changes
• Contribute hands-on as needed, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years experience in an Agile product ownership or project/program management role, ideally with full development life cycle experience
• 3+ years experience with Scrum and/or Kanban
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
• Experience in digital product management or agile product coaching
• Track record managing large, complex consulting engagements
• Ability to assess user requirements, identify gaps and omissions, and design optimal solutions
• Creative problem-solving for complex technical and business challenges
• Ability to build immediate credibility with clients, create consensus, and achieve goals through influence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
