Job Description
Accenture Song is offering an onsite Digital Product Design Manager role in Arlington, VA. You will lead end-to-end design programs spanning client delivery, business development, and people and practice development, with a focus on AI-enabled experiences and scalable design systems. The position features a salary range of $87,400 to $293,800 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities to influence design across diverse client engagements.

Responsibilities
- Lead client programs from approach to delivery, owning work quality, meeting timelines, and coordinating across disciplines
- Navigate ambiguity to solve abstract problems and design first-of-its-kind experiences
- Turn strategic ideas into tangible prototypes, proofs of concept, and visual narratives, leveraging AI tools to accelerate output
- Balance strategic direction with hands-on involvement to ensure high quality design delivery
- Act as a primary voice in client discussions, translating research and design insights into clear narratives to guide high-pressure decisions
- Document how AI shapes project workflows and quantify its impact on delivery, quality, and team performance
- Contribute to proposals, create case studies, and translate project learnings into thought leadership
- Listen for unmet client needs and evolving priorities, sharing opportunities with account leaders to support growth
- Mentor and support designers in their day-to-day work, helping them grow skills and navigate challenges
- Engage with the Product Design craft, sharing methods and outcomes and contributing to the discipline’s evolution
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Design experience across a range of business problems, industries, user types, and platforms
- 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery to build, with experience designing within and contributing to design systems for consistency and scalability
- 4+ years shaping product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes; strong facilitation and executive presence with the ability to present strategy to senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- 4+ years delivering high-fidelity UI with accessible design practices and clear, developer-ready specifications
- 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers and helping contributors grow into independent practitioners
- 3+ years in agile delivery environments collaborating with product managers, architects, engineers, and data/analytics teams
- 3+ years shaping AI powered experiences on engagements, including trust states, fallback and error handling, human-in-the-loop interactions, and agentic workflows; experience embedding AI tools and workflows into design practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
