Digital Product Manager
Job Description
Digital Product Manager (individual contributor) role supporting Charles Schwab’s Digital Retail Digital Payments and Move Money team.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned product(s) on the Digital Payments & Move Money (DPMM) Product team across web and mobile channels.
- Work with Scrum teams on delivery activities, including:
- Bug management
- Development of acceptance criteria and user stories
- Understanding cross-functional dependencies
- Support product discovery through analysis, insights, and collaboration.
- Coordinate cross-team data integration and metrics for initiatives impacting the DPMM Product team.
- Conduct cross-product/channel architecture analysis to support Digital processes and standards.
- Manage product work across multiple digital channels while supporting broader Product team priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of Product Management and/or Business Analyst experience, including demonstrated ability to:
- Support product discovery
- Execute product strategies to deliver high-priority initiatives
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex messages, trade-offs, and a compelling story
- Experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team using an Agile development methodology
- Effective relationship building across product, design, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and client-facing organizations
- Strong process management discipline and understanding of how to implement process practices
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Post graduate degree
- Preferred: Financial services industry experience
- Preferred: Passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb client experiences

Compensation
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year
