Global eCommerce Product Owner
Job Description
Axalta Coating Systems is hiring a Global eCommerce Product Owner to set strategic goals, manage the backlog, and lead cross-functional delivery for the global eCommerce value stream. This role, based in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania with remote options, applies Agile and hybrid methodologies to align initiatives with business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and advance product goals, priorities, and backlog for the global eCommerce value stream, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
- Own backlog prioritization to maximize value, translating epics and features into delivery-ready stories aligned to regional and global priorities.
- Elicit, document, and own business and functional requirements, translating stakeholders’ needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes to ensure solutions address real problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Oversee the regional product backlog end to end, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination.
- Serve as the primary business contact for regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure cross-functional dependencies are identified, managed, and addressed by all teams.
- Support customers through system documentation, product demos, and direct conversations.
- Possess authority to inspect, accept, and validate delivered solutions against business outcomes and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or Agile Product Owner roles with demonstrated backlog ownership and delivery accountability.
- Experience owning a product or regional backlog with direct stakeholder accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 25% travel expected.

Expected Compensation
Salary range is USD 90,000 - 105,000 per year. The final offer will be determined by the company at its sole discretion, based on qualifications, experience, skillset, and geographic location.
